You may have seen our newly updated MVHS website at mvhsnm.org. But did you know there’s a portal just for parents? Simply go to mvhsnm.org, and select Parents.

  • Student Backpack: Help your child access their grades, online course content, external learning portals and more.

  • Lunch Menu: Monthly list of school prepared breakfast and lunches.

  • Handbooks and Guides: Access our school handbook, course catalog and graduation requirements.

  • Resources and Forms: Here you will find all of your registration, consent and transcript forms.

  • Tech Help:

    • Canvas Observer/Parent Guide: Shadow your student in their courses through Canvas. This allows you to see all of their teacher’s notes and presentations, upcoming assignments and your student’s progress towards completing those assignments.

    • PowerSchool Parent/Student Resource Center: Keep up to date with all of your student’s grades. Set up automatic alerts for assignments above or below a certain percentage.

    • Chromebooks: Tips for taking proper care of the school issued Chromebooks.

  • Volunteer Opportunities: Check out where there is a need in both our community and at MVHS.
